Role: Salesforce Administrator & Consultant
Focus: Understanding Business Logic, Security Models, Flows (No-code automation), and Data Modeling.
The Project: Build a 'Hotel Management System' from scratch using only declarative tools.

Phase 2: The Code
(Months 3-4)

Role: Salesforce Developer
Focus: Apex (Backend logic), SOQL (Database), LWC (Lightning Web Components), and API Integrations.
The Project: Custom interface development using JS (JSON) and Apex Triggers.

Phase 3: The AI &
Future Layer (Months
5-6)

Role: AI CRM Architect
Focus: Agentforce, Building Autonomous Agents, Einstein GPT, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud basics.
The Project: Deploy an AI Service Agent that handles customer tickets without human intervention.

A GitHub repository containing 5 custom-built Lightning Web Components (e.g., A dynamic EMI calculator, A Google Maps API integration). Documented to industry standards.

Graduate Info

The "Agentforce" Implementation

A live demo video of an AI Agent you built, handling a complex conversation, retrieving data from the CRM, and updating records—all autonomously.

The Consultancy Audit

A 10-minute Loom video where you audit a "broken" Salesforce environment, identify security risks, and explain your solution. Proves you can communicate like a consultant.
